Fabulous Furniture — Local services in Haring Township

Even though it was about 45 minutes drive, my husband and I decided to go here because it looked to be of reasonable price and good, friendly service. After some debate, we purchased 2 of the convertible bunk beds they have on display and 4 mattresses with the built in bunky boards. Got a decent price on those and the younger lady that assisted us was pretty friendly and helpful too. We had them delivered. They arrived about a week later at the designated time and since it was a late evening delivery, we waited to assemble them the next day. As we were assembling them, we came to find out that not only did we have to drill holes through 2 of the bottom head\footboards, because they were only either partially and not pre drilled, not a super huge deal there, but there were also no ladders. I call the next morning and spoke with the older lady. I tell her about them missing and am told that Ladders are optional and it will be an additional $25 for each ladder. I told her there was no mention of this by the younger lady when we were there purchasing the beds, nor were we asked if we wanted to purchase them. There was a ladder on the display and one would assume it came with it, as one usually does if not already built into it. I was only told I'm sorry but those would be additional and was asked if I would like to purchase them. From there, we just decided not to because of a somewhat dismissive phone conversation, that we had already paid quite a bit for everything with delivery as it is, and there should've been mention of this when we were making a purchase. While we were pleased with price and timely delivery, we were not particularly pleased with the outcome. If you happen to decide to purchase this particular bunk bed, you'll know now to ask...

I cannot highly recommend this family owned business more! What an awesome experience I have had from start to finish. We met Kelsey in the showroom and she was willing to give us time and energy to help explain what would be the best fit for our cottage furniture needs. She literally held my hand through the entire process and was very patient with me! From then on she is communicated seamlessly! When called with the delivery set up and meeting another staff member, Caleb, it was very apparent I was working with someone who genuinely cared about what they did and how they did it! I have to say I might be someone who is hard to impress, but I have been genuinely impressed with this company and would definitely encourage others to buy local and support this family business! We've bought all of our "big" pieces of furniture from here(couches, love seats, recliners, mattress etc)for the last 10 years or so, not only because they have the best prices we've found, but also because they are always friendly, helpful and non pushy people. We've not had a bad experience with them and would recommend them to anyone. One of the nice features they have(which you have to pay for, of course)is delivery of the furniture you buy. I'm not sure of the mileage limits but we always have them deliver our stuff and the people who deliver always...
