We ordered a piece of furniture through them without actually seeing what it would look like in person. They walked us through all the steps of customizing it and were very helpful. We waited over a month to get our piece furniture, but when it was delivered we really were not very happy with it. This was no fault of them since they weren't the ones actually building it.
