Henry's Party Supply & Food Service — Local services in Harlingen

I was ther last weekend and my daughter and I purchased some items. However; all items were not used so We decided to return some items. My daughter got off this morning to return the items and was attended by two different employees (ladies) and both of them we extremely rude to her and they had a bad attitude. It is so sad to have employees with no customer service training. The place itself is good because they carry a lot of party supplies at a good price but the staff needs customer service training since they deal with...

Prices were not unbeatable and a lady in her early 40's maybe late 30's was very rude and arrogant. If you're having a bad day or whatever the case was, dont ask a customer if you can help them with something while having an attitude. It makes the store look like a joke when an associate says one thing, then you repeat to them what they just said and the associate changes it...almost as if they're trying to find a reason to have a verbal argument. Id rather drive the 30/40 minutes to party city then go back to this...

It was my first time to this store. I found exactly what I needed. This is much more than a party store. They have a lot of restaurant supplies, baking and candy production supplies, and a large selection of costumes for any occasion. The prices are fair and competitive. I will definitely come back and I will share this information...
