I'm not sure what's going on with HTC, but the internet service is becoming increasingly unreliable. It is down more and more and more. It's actually down right now as I type this. Seems any hint of inclement weather, be it rain, snow or wind causes an outage. Completely and totally unacceptable for what they charge. As soon as a better, more reliable option comes about, I WILL BE SWITCHING.

UPDATE. Lol, omg. You couldn't possibly provide a less reliable service. Again, on the weekend no less, an outage. Rumor has it fiber is coming this spring, look forward to getting...

Our fiber optic was hooked up last week. The service provided has been wonderful! We are really impressed with their technical support. We initially had some issues with our router, but they took care of it right away. It’s so nice when calling for help to have a person answer and help you....
