Needed to have some service work done on my Tiffan Red pusher. I called B'ham Freightliner service and was told that Alabama Freightliner in Harpersville was doing all of the motorhome work. So I called this dealership and talked to Steve their Service Advisor. Told Mr. Steve what I was needing done. He gave a quote for worked needed. The price was very fair. I asked when could bring my motorhome in for service. His reply was first thing in the morning. Next day I was there when they opened. Mechanic Trent started on service work. The task at hand was completed within the time frame I was given. These folks are very nice and was careful with my RV. Building was clean inside and out. Easy assess to get in and out on US 280 Hwy. We have used this new Freightliner shop 4-5 times since it opened a couple of months ago for services and small misc problems. So far the service has been great with little wait time for a service. Everyone has been super nice that we have dealt with. We are just thankful that a Freightliner certified shop has opened so close to our home instead of driving to the other side of Birmingham.
