Worst flex station Iāve been to. Today was my first time getting a block here and I left nearly in tears. Nothing is marked well so I could not figure out where to go. Thankfully Iām always early so I made it before my block time. They line you up and do not allow you to have your car on (even though it was hot). They donāt allow you out of your car until your block time (I got out and like 4 people started screaming āget back in your car! Stay in your car!ā. They only have one person scanning IDs. It took forever to get the packages and then they started screaming that we have 5 minutes to get off the lot. I had to just put all the packages into my car unsorted and then find a parking lot up the road to sort them. The packages are pre-numbered so you donāt scan them individually. But because I didnāt scan them individually and they donāt give you time to sort your packages, my packages were all kinds of messed up. The app said I only had 45 packages and was supposed to have 46 but there were packages numbered all the way to 48. The number was off the entire delivery so I checked all the names and addresses. They gave me 3.5 hours to deliver 45+packages off of Independence at rush hour. It took me an hour just to get from concord to my first stop and traffic was so bad I ended up being late for the last 5 packages and that was with me running to each house/apartment. I am normally done an hour early but this station was an absolute disaster. The time frame for every package said 7am-10pm. And to top it all off, I had an extra package that wasnāt even on my list and had to return that to the station, that was, of course, closed by the time I got back at 9pm. Oh, and one of my packages was huge (Iām 5ft and it was nearly as tall as me). I have a hatchback so I got it to fit but anyone in a sedan would have never gotten it in their car. Seriously worst experience ever and Iāll never take...

Ā Ā Ā Read moreWouldnāt recommend for Amazon flex drivers. The manager, Caucasian blonde, yells at her own staff at the distribution center and is condescending to drivers. Amazon flex drivers can check in 15 minutes before your scheduled time but this location makes you line up vehicles and wait to be called and lined up somewhere else. But they donāt give the drivers their packages until the scheduled block started. Some locations have the packages sorted numerically and some do not, but the places that do not allow drivers to organize the packages before leaving the premises. I was told I could organize my packages anywhere else, a gas station, not her problem where but not in their empty amazon flex parking lot. I was told it is an active parking lot but it isnāt being used and the vehicles line up somewhere else. I was also told if I didnāt leave she would mark my block as forfeited because I wasnāt able to deliver. Iām capable of delivering packages but they rather put a person at risk of getting packages stolen by sorting at a gas station than allowing 10 minutes at the actual amazon facility. Other people were at the gas station sorting packages and itās not a good look considering the giant Amazon facility is a few minutes away. People who talk down to others in leadership roles probably have stressful roles but no one deserves to be treated lesser than. Regardless of...
