I hate to leave this review for a small business, but Ab Kababs in Concord, north of Charlotte was an abysmal experience. Itā€™s a food truck located on the side of the road. We got the chicken shawarma wraps with fries to go. The order preparation took close to 30 minutes. The fries were some of the worst fries Iā€™ve ever tastedā€”salty and sour without any taste. The chicken shawarma almost tasted like beef, which I do not eat. It was a let-down all the more since I had such high hopes looking at all the glowing reviews. All 26 dollars went to waste. I donā€™t think Iā€™ll be back here.

This was the BEST MEAL OF MY LIFE. The owners were incredibly nice. My boyfriend refuses to eat leftovers but made an exception for this and even said it was so good reheated. iā€™m telling yā€™all this chicken quesadilla is life changing. They even threw in some freebies. Obviously we had to leave a nice tip and we will absolutely be back. ā¤ļø

Leaving this to counter the recent 1 star review as I have never eaten here but I called the number on file a few times and eventually got the owner.

She stated they are temporarily closed as they set up a new location and hope to reopen as soon as possible. Ideally, this would be updated on Google, but I donā€™t believe they are the most tech savvy and may no longer have the digital marketing team that once set this...
