CVS Pharmacy — Local services in Harrison Township

The customer service at this pharmacy is horrific. Yesterday was my 2nd time visiting this CVS . I just moved to the area and the 1st time was a nightmare. I’ll save that story for another day, but I gave them another try and they did it again. I got to the window to pick up an antibiotic for my son , who is also with me. It’s 6:30 pm, and the young girl at the window tells me it’s going to be 30 min. I asked her very nicely if there was any way to get it sooner. My son who’s just turned 1, was in so much pain from the ear infection and I needed to get him to bed asap. She said let me ask, she came back and she said with an attitude “It’s going to be AT LEAST 20 minutes because we’re ‘like’ busy”. Okay cool. Yeah I’ll never be back there . Worst pharmacy i have ever encountered and had to deal with. I’m honestly shocked and disappointed they’re allowed to work there and are even open still. Horrible customer service/people skills amongst many many other things. If you’re looking for a “Ok—Great” service pharmacy DO NOT GO HERE!. You will thank me.
