This CVS is okay, but it always feels a little chaotic. Products seem scattered around, and the store never looks as organized as it should. It also feels understaffed most of the time, which probably leaves the employees stretched too thin and makes the service less personal than it could be. The pharmacy runs into the same issue—long waits and not enough people to keep things moving smoothly. On the plus side, the location is very convenient, which is really the main reason I stop here. With better staffing and a little more attention to organization, this place could easily step up from “just okay” to a much better experience.

This store has most things we need. They only ran out of our medicine in the pharmacy a few times. The staff helps you to find products. I was amazed that even the pharmacy employees step out to help you if you need it (I was amazed because for the most part Im used to people not caring anymore about their job responsibilities but here at CVS they care). Keep in mind that if you need a phone charging cable and charger that you can buy one from here. I had to do that in an emergency.

This is the absolute worst pharmacy in the tri-state area. On several occasions including yesterday I checked on the status of prescriptions phoned in by my doctor and was told there were no prescriptions in my name. A family member also stopped by in person a little later on and was told the same thing. Then I called the atrocious automated answering service and after 5 minutes was put through to a pharmacy assistant who went into the answering service and found my prescriptions. I only received two out of three with no notice of the 3rd prescription. The pharmacy management should be fired and the automated answering service terminated. I will never go back to...

CHOOSE A DIFFERENT PHARMACY!!

This place is horrible. They have a different excuse every time I am in here either for myself or my family. Turnover in staff, didn’t get the order, out of the meds. I’ve heard it all. This time was that they didn’t check the voicemail for my prescription that was called in for an emergency. And they are also rather rude. I’d rather drive an extra 20 minutes than deal with them again. Save your time and go elsewhere. Mullica Hill has a ton of amazing options for most things, just not Pharmacy options. It’s sad that Rite Aid closed their local location. Id pay double...
