Final Update 9/11/2021: Battery packs are just trash and unreliable. They don’t auto power up when device is connected like standard battery packs for USB-A connection. You have to manually push the power on button and then plug in the cable for the source to receive power. If idle too long, the pack will shut off and you have to do it again. Lost hours of critical video recording for client. Don’t recommend this company’s products. Go with Anker.

Changed my rating up to 4/5 stars. The company had issues with their ticketing support system and was able to get it resolved. They have been very prompt (found out they have a 24-hr policy to respond to requests) with resolving my issue and quickly shipped out the replacement units along with a return label.

Yes I recommend them, esp if you are an SMB/enterprise customer despite the minor hiccup with support. I don’t suspect this issue to happen again.

I hope customer service or someone from the company sees this negative review as I have not been able to get a response from them regarding 2 defective products received in an order "DIFFERCELL 30W PD | 10000MAH USB C PD POWER BANK". It's been almost 2 weeks without a response sending multiple emails. Will give them a call and if no support, I will file a charge-back -- review to be updated afterwards...

J-Go Tech is a different sort of company.
I suspect the real reason they sell you world class products is they need a good excuse to strike a genuine dialogue with you and treat you like the decent human being that you are!
I had some regulatory issues shipping their newest baby the Xcoresion back to Singapore. Since I've never imported lithium ion batteries before, trying to resolve this issue with my local postal service really drove my patience to the limit.
When I reached out to J-Go Tech support email, a friendly & unassuming gentleman by the name of Jay patiently and articulately walked me through the regulatory hoops. He was able to preempt the problems I'd face and gave me good advice so I could confidently make decisions forward.
Jay kept in constant contact with me to update me on the status. It was like he wouldn't let up until he personally saw to it the package left the flight terminal so to speak..in my direction! Talk about customer service..
It's been a few weeks since my initial contact. I finally got my hands on the Xcoresion. It's not too heavy, quite ergonomic and charges my Surface Pro 6 rather quickly. I'm impressed! My Surface Pro's got a new life & wife! Can't imagine them ever apart. You get the picture. 😉

I reached out to them around 10pm on a Monday night and for about 1-2 hours they were helping me troubleshoot the issue. We ultimately determined that the cable was the issue and a new cable will be sent out.
The follow cable I received notice that they 2 day aired the cable. Once I received it, I had zero issues. I use my MacBook on the the go constantly and even with a portable power bank that is able to charge it.
I came across J-Go tech by compete surprise on amazon search for a USB-C to surface connect cable. It worked. Little did I know that one purchase essentially made me go to them first before anything else in terms of cables and power.
