Very High pressure sales techniques very pushy. Not what I expect from a “well respected” Amish type store. Also remarks degrading the other locations when other locations did not do anything like this whenever visited years ago or recent. Push for personal info just to high pressure someone more and if refused then done with you as a customer. Other locations aren’t that way either. Only good options to look at on the floor is the highest end and push to sell that while lower and mid grade end items not conveniently available to look at. Lets get this paperwork filled out now and get this sale done after the first thing looked at. You’re not the only Miller Furniture and not the only place that sells the same items. But our experience will not lead me back there again to this location. I tried to be nice with my rating and review by not saying anything at all because honestly I don’t want to hear excuses or blame onto me as a customer because the way my experience was that’s how this type of sales people will often do so I was saying nothing at all as I had nothing nice to say about my experience. Furniture shopping and high pressure sales is NOT fun for everyone. This causes some very high anxiety. I have more than one room to furnish but I guess someone else will get that sale and commission. Hope this review helps you and your staff learn for the future.
