Anyone thinking about an ebike would love the experience of taking one out around town and Pedego Junction is the perfect place to test electric bikes. There is zero pressure to buy from Greg Krzeminski, it’s more of a learning experience with a fun bike ride too. Today I had my first tire puncture so my bike went back to Greg’s store since I’d never replaced a rear tire before. He had other customers but he showed me how to change the front and rear tires and inner tubes myself. Lucky for me I was able to take my bike home today. He’s an expert on electric bikes and I think it’s very important for me to be able to learn about the bike and not just purchase it. This is the best after-the-sale customer service experiences I have ever had. First of all, Gregory Krzeminski, the proprietor, is extremely knowledgeable. He is willing to help you out with a problem, at a moments notice. Second, his response time is rapid. If he is with a customer and you leave a msg, he actually returns the call! Fast! Few businesses boast this anymore. And third, he takes the time, and has the patience, to explain things to customers who are brand new to the e-bike experience. The owner/manager of this shop - Greg is truly a kind soul. He stopped to offer assistance to a stranger changing a flat bike tire. That stranger is me. I politely declined his assistance and continued to change it on my own. All went well, until my emergency pump....well didn't pump air. It was starting to rain and I will still 12 miles from home, and called this kind soul (who I just met and the only think I knew about him, was that he operated a local bike shop so I googled him) to ask for help.
