I really like this store and it's great staff. If I had 3 wishes or 3 things I would like to change or add to this store, they would be: Would be very nice if they had at least 1 motorized handicap cart/scooters for those of us who are disabled and have difficulty walking or must use a walker. This store would be really great if it carried more in store/stock options of "No chicken" dog food. Such as Retriever beef. Options that are low cost, yet quality and are not fish. They do have these items that are very expensive, sadly not affordable for everyone in the community. But, overall this new store and the perks they offer customers to sign up for are Great! Love knowing there is a affordable dog wash available locally. I have not used it yet, but know I will. It is sooo nice to have this kind of store local in our community. The drive-up and pick-up option is wonderful and easy after first time on the website! Took a minute to navigate through on my first go round, but now it's easy and user friendly. Called the store when I started having difficulty figuring it out and a staff member took the time to walk me through it and answer any questions I had!Nice! Visited your new store today for the first and last time. I’am the largest farmer in the township your new store is located in farming several hundred acres. Over many years I have been a loyal Tractor Supply customer. While attempting to make my first purchase my check was scanned through your telecheck system and declined. Humiliated, I left your store and immediately logged into my account only to find what I already knew, that there was more than enough balance to cover any purchase at your store. I have impeccable credit and would not and have not ever presented a check without having more than enough available funds to cover the purchase. Your flawed check scanning system has cost you a decades...

For being brand new everything was clean and clean, unfortunately not everything was in stock (which is understandable). The employees were helpful and asking if they could help us. When we got to the counter to check out their we 3 up their and 2 were talking while one ended up checking us out because the other two didn't seem to want to. (The other two were younger girls) the older lady was a little irritated by them but was very polite with us and got us taken care of immediately. A little more training for some of the employees but 98% of the employees were excellent and very helpful and personable. Once everything gets in stock this store will be up to par as well.
