********* I have updated my review/rating. I returned to the store and was greated with kindness and the manager offered her apologies and the owner made the situation right Thank you******** I have been to this location previously and never had issues. Today I asked if there were any "register specials" the employee didn't know what I was referring to, I explained I was talking about daily specials that are offered normally at the register/counter. He said no and went to grab my products. While gone I saw a paper on the counter that said "flash sales" and had two products listed. When the employee returned I let him know that I was referring to the "flash sale" he still seemed to not know what i was talking about. So I handed him the paper and he said oh yeah that. I asked if I could get one of each item. He went to the back to get it. In the meantime the gentleman next to me ordered and asked about the sale that I was referring to. He said he also wanted the items. My staff member came back and said they sold out. He proceeded to ring me out, on my way to the car the guy that was ordering next to me said they weren't really out of the items, that he purchased them no problem. I went back inside to inquire about it and the manager was very rude to me, said that the employee I had just didn't know where it was, that I could purchase it now. I told her that I used a card and was already charged the 4.00 fee. She told me that I would have to pay it again, I was frustrated because one of the items was 5.00 so I was in essence buying the item twice due to the staff members error. She then proceeded to tell me that i shouldnt have even seen the paper about the flash sale that it was supposed to be behind the counter. I explained there were multiple of these papers on the counter. I was Never offered an apology from the manager. However the reception/check in lady was very nice about it and apologized for the way the manager treated me. Just unsatisfied with the staff knowledge as well as their inventory system that they didn't know where the products were at.

I ran into Amber up there and she talked calm, cool, and collected. She gave me an environment where I felt at ease and there was plenty of time to decide. She was also good about not rushing the end just to help another person. I appreciate that! Thanks for my first time experience Amber!!!

We just moved to Illinois from South Carolina and this was one of our first stops!! This place has something for all the smokers!! Very nice!! Love the fact that you can place your order online and just go in and pick it up!! Great customer service.

I ran into Amber up there and she talked calm, cool, and collected. She gave me an environment where I felt at ease and there was plenty of time to decide. She was also good about not rushing the end just to help another person. I appreciate that! Thanks for my first time experience Amber!!!

We just moved to Illinois from South Carolina and this was one of our first stops!! This place has something for all the smokers!! Very nice!! Love the fact that you can place your order online and just go in and pick it up!! Great customer service.

Giving a 3 star because on several occasions I have felt extremely disrespected by either employees or the business. For example yesterday place a serval hundred dollar order for pick up. Store closes at 9 right? No they close when ever they feel like because at 7:28 when I was at the store for pick up a bunch of customers we're leaving saying they closed at 7. Why? I called to ask why and see if maybe they can make posting on their website to inform people of this or even post a sign on the door instead of having the place lit up like dawn. Lights on we're open been pretty standard for business long before dispensaries. And if I hear we aren't here to cater to you then you're wrong because that's what a store actually does. Anywho instead of getting a proper response they cancelled my order entirely and when I reached out to find out why they canceled it instead of allowing me to pick up the next day since the issue was on the stores end not the customers. A few other times as other people stated no sense ordering online to stand in store for an hour and wait. And most of the staff are extremely friendly, how ever I noticed there are some extremely judgemental people who work here. I can tell from the looks on their face or their demeanor that they don't like certain types of people. Why do I know this. I watched the employee take my order out of the box and throw it in a bin completely unrelated to me. When they finally found my order the employee who put it there scoffed rolled her eyes and glared me down. It happens every time that employ is in there and since I know no one there it can't be a personal issue. Again 3 stars for the poor treatment I keep experiencing.bout side of that product hasn't been an issue as the store...

The staff is amazing I will be completely honest and the prices are getting better as time has gone on so by all means please visit Mystic. The reason I’m giving a 3 star review is I feel like even after the time has passed since their grand opening, some things could’ve been updated to work better and make the website/store more desirable. The things I wish that would change are listed as the following. I feel like the website should have an option to sort by weight (it gets tedious to scroll past the vast 3.5g options and I would much rather just sort by weight and have only those weights show. I think the website at the very least should have a pay online option. I understand there are usually higher costs that way but I’d rather pay online and pick up rather than needing to stop at an ATM, which can be out of my way, just to get money. I hope to see these things change in the future and as I said, the staff is amazing and the prices have gotten much better since opening so please don’t let my complaints stop you from going. Those are just what I find to be a pain. I’ve always had great experiences with the staff and definitely love the energy they give off, I just wish shopping...
