Giving a 3 star because on several occasions I have felt extremely disrespected by either employees or the business. For example yesterday place a serval hundred dollar order for pick up. Store closes at 9 right? No they close when ever they feel like because at 7:28 when I was at the store for pick up a bunch of customers we're leaving saying they closed at 7. Why? I called to ask why and see if maybe they can make posting on their website to inform people of this or even post a sign on the door instead of having the place lit up like dawn. Lights on we're open been pretty standard for business long before dispensaries. And if I hear we aren't here to cater to you then you're wrong because that's what a store actually does. Anywho instead of getting a proper response they cancelled my order entirely and when I reached out to find out why they canceled it instead of allowing me to pick up the next day since the issue was on the stores end not the customers. A few other times as other people stated no sense ordering online to stand in store for an hour and wait. And most of the staff are extremely friendly, how ever I noticed there are some extremely judgemental people who work here. I can tell from the looks on their face or their demeanor that they don't like certain types of people. Why do I know this. I watched the employee take my order out of the box and throw it in a bin completely unrelated to me. When they finally found my order the employee who put it there scoffed rolled her eyes and glared me down. It happens every time that employ is in there and since I know no one there it can't be a personal issue. Read moreThe staff is amazing I will be completely honest and the prices are getting better as time has gone on so by all means please visit Mystic. The reason I’m giving a 3 star review is I feel like even after the time has passed since their grand opening, some things could’ve been updated to work better and make the website/store more desirable. The things I wish that would change are listed as the following. I feel like the website should have an option to sort by weight (it gets tedious to scroll past the vast 3.5g options and I would much rather just sort by weight and have only those weights show. I think the website at the very least should have a pay online option. I understand there are usually higher costs that way but I’d rather pay online and pick up rather than needing to stop at an ATM, which can be out of my way, just to get money. I hope to see these things change in the future and as I said, the staff is amazing and the prices have gotten much better since opening so please don’t let my complaints stop you from going.
