Northeastern Window & Door True Value — Local services in Harrisville Township

I bought 51 bundles of shingles from Northeastern Window and Door through a local roofer. As it turns out we only needed 46, we had 5 bundles left over. Todd one of the managers at Northeastern refused to let me return them for credit. He said I would have to return them to the roofer, the roofer would have to take them in, they would then give credit to the roofer, then the roofer would have to pay me. I paid for 51 bundles in my roofing quote, there is no good reason why I should not have been able to return them and get a credit on my credit card. My roofer agreed that the shingles were mine to do as I pleased; keep or return. The bottom line is that Northeastern simply does not want to give me a refund - I would not recommend Northeastern for any purchases - roofing...

I recently ordered and had installed a new garage door at my forever home. When placing the order my wife made sure to have me mention that we did not want the decorative black trim and door handles. I told the rep this when ordering it in person. I had to be at work when the door was installed so when I got home to see my new door I found that they included the hardware. When I called to explain the situation they told me there was an email sent with a picture on it. However the picture was on the second page of the digital invoice and I did not see it. Nice windows, nice group of guys that came out. The owner measured approximately 3 months before installation date. We had 2 picture windows and 4 side windows. After tearing out old windows, and installing side windows they realized the measurement was wrong for large picture window. Long story short we lived with a boarded up window for two weeks with no apology or offer of compensation from owner. I had to call company to ask what was going on.
