My family and I recently visited. We had a great time as usual. The food, rides, events, and entertainment are amazing. However, I unfortunately cannot say that about the employees and customer service. We needed assistance and we sadly didnt get the help we expected and fully needed. First, two parking attendants were extremely rude. Second, when we were advised to go to the office for help, the old lady didnt not want anything to do with us and was rude as well. We then went to the police tent and told them the situation and they too sent us back to the office and thats when she let the younger gentleman working in the office somewhat help us. Hours and turmoil later, we finally and thankfully got the help we needed. So thanks to that gentleman employee in the office for letting us use his cell phone. And the lady at the gate collecting the fee was really sweet. But the older lady in the office and parking attendants could really use some positivity and empathy.
