GO TO LOWES OR ANYWHERE ELSE.... Bought a Husky chainsaw. Put in gas and it just ran out the other side. Never even started it. I'm told by Ace that they can't take back Husqvarna so basically they sold me broken junk that I now have to go through Husqvarna to hopefully get replaced. Next time I'll just buy it from Husqvarna and skip the middleman. What kind of 3rd rate store doesn't exchange faulty products? Update... Talked to Husqvarna and was told there will be no exchange. I have to take my brand new, never been started chainsaw to a repairman. The state of our country is is shambles and its things like this. I'll never step foot in an Ace Hardware again.. Update.... Heres a real kicker and shows the quality of store we are dealing with in Ace Hardware. Husqvarna has me taking the chainsaw to Royal King to either be repaired or exchanged. Wow.. What a scummy, criminal, 3rd rate store Ace Hardware is that I have to take a product I bought from their store, to their competitor to get fixed...

Just be aware that at the smaller stores, the range of categories they carry is limited due to space constraints (i.e. lumber, large home fixtures, etc). However, some of the Ace stores are quite large so it's a good idea to check on-line for...

I know my 3yr. old drove them nuts and I didn't help by having them run down what I couldn't find. Sorry ladies. Ace is well stocked with all you need for home repairs and more. Easy access to everything and great...
