AT&T Store — Local services in Hartford

If I could give this store a Negative 5 I would . Store opens at 10 am I had an appt at 10 am on Thursday June 19th. Planned on buying more memory/storage. If I couldn't do that then just buy a new phone. I arrived at 9:58, so did another lady. The girl that was working there said she was the only person working. The lady that walked in same time as I told the employee she had messed up the functions on her phone. Employee took her phone & looked at me & stated I needed to have a seat, this will take a while. I told Employee I had an appt. Employee looks at her watch & states it's 10:02, you missed your appt. Employee was sooo rude & demeaning. I stated that I could just leave, Employee said " there's the door, Go ". As I was leaving I told her she was Rude. She yelled to me " You're Rude ". Amazing service! Earlier today I went to my local AT&T store to get my number ported over from a different carrier. I was rudely told that they could not do that (in reality the individual I was dealing with just simply did not possess the mental faculties to perform this simple request). My wife then called this location and was told that it would not be an issue. We drove over and within a short time my wife and I both had new phones and I got to keep my number. Angel was fantastic, super friendly, very knowledgeable and was willing to answer any and all questions I had. It was hands down one of the best retail experiences I have ever had. If I ever need anything concerning my phone or account I will happily drive right by my local store and head here....

Having a phone issue can be very confusing and frustrating. I have found myself in this situation a few times recently, for myself and family members. Each time a situation occurred, we went to the ATT store in Hartford and, let me tell you, they were amazing! I can't explain how calming and reassuring the staff were. We were met with smiles on each visit. They showed a willingness to listen to every problem we had and offered solutions to help solve each problem. I don't do a lot of reviews, but I could not recommend this place or its employees more. Thank you for all you do in supporting and helping your customers....
