Horribly run office! My husband and I have been using the same doctor there as our primary care physician. When we need refills or to speak to a nurse we have to go through 2-3 people to speak to anyone. Medication questions and refill requests never get answered. We’ve called 2-3 times to get one single prescription sent to a new pharmacy (due to insurance changes). Quick care is consistently wrong reading x-rays. Took my son in for nurse maids elbow, knew exactly what it was, and they tried to splint him for a fracture. It was NOT a fracture. Told me to google how to pop back in nurse maids elbow. Next time my son needed an x-ray for a possible fracture I was told it was indeterminate and would have to be read by the specialist and I’d get a call back on Monday (this was a Saturday). No one called and Monday afternoon I had to keep calling to get info only to then be scheduled for an appointment. They are a mess and I’m going to be looking...

Hospital wait time to see the doctor, with poor clinic conditions.

If I wasn't in a hurry I wouldn't have gone to a "quick care" clinic with the times the clinic has, it would be faster and more effective to go to the er next door.

That said coming in for an appointment with your doctor, your in and seeing your doctor within an hour, if you need help fast go to the emergency room, if you have an appointment with your doctor your in and out...

My experience here today has been awful. Almost no other patients here and we're being pretty much ignored. I can hear the staff moving around and chatting but there is no urge to actually come deal with my daughter and get us taken care of. I asked TWICE if we'd been forgotten.
