Dollar General — Local services in Hartsville

Great Location......BUT! WORST MOST UNORGANIZED Retail / or DOLLAR GENERAL store I have ever entered. Mdse always thrown down the aisles and on floors. Sections of store you have to just make detours or worry about picking up mdse or falling over it or not get stuff at all. Buggy fills of mixed mdse just sitting around. Pots, pans, dishes just laying on dirty floors. Most shelf have no price labels. U have to play guessing game as to whether you have enough money to buy items. Mdse placed on shields where some price labels are posted, But, label is for entirely different item as placed there. People that work here are very unfriendly , they never smile or talk to you unless you see them holding up line at check out to chit chat with friends or family. I was brought up believing customers were to be recognized , respected, and appreciated . Working over 17 years in Retail myself; we always Thanked our Customers and just let them know we cared. At this Dollar General , the customer does the Thank Yous, they either say you Welcome or say Nothing. Guess things have changed in Retail? Customers thank them for letting us shop, spend our Money? We thank them for checking us out at register? Many stores have this awful atitude, even other Dollar General Stores too; but like I said at the start, this one Store takes the Cake----WORST DOLLAR GENERAL STORE I've ever shopped. Someone needs to make an appearance unannounced and See this One Big Mess . Like a Hurricane Katrina had hit this STORE . I have been trying to purchase "fireball" candies (Tongue Torchers in your Smiles brand) for a month now. I have been in three or more of your stores in my near vicinity, some stores more than once, and this product has not been available. When I ask personnel about this item, I'm always told "The truck hasn't come in" or "We need to unload the truck." Whenever I check back, the next day or in a couple of days, this item is still not available. Are you discontinuing this...

No supplies, as is always the case. At least lately. And the clorox seems to be diluted. I think I will spend my funds at Family Dollar are Dollar Tree. I believe others will come to this conclusion, when you factor in that Dollar General prices are on the rise. There is also a lot of false, mistaken whatever; pricing. Item are marked deceptively. No I thank my family's dollars will be best...
