Cranberry Valley Golf Course — Local services in Harwich

Perhaps the worst experience I have ever had. 4 people ordered breakfast and 3 of 5 breakfast's were delivered to the table. Without comment the 4th breakfast took a bit longer, much longer if the server was just returning to pick up that last plate. When I did finally get my food - Egg's Benedict - it was served on a RAW English muffin with NO CANADIAN BACON. Clearly they forgot this plate and then tried to make up for it with a rush job. The server never came out to ask how the food was and if she had I might have pointed out the problem and actually wound up eating there. It started pouring rain on the first hole and we paid for 18 so we came in after 9 holes and they would not refund us for at least 9 holes or give us a rain check at best! So they made us pay for golf that we did not play and we paid an extra cart fee for a rider who did not play! So I would not recommend this course to anyone! The woman in the pro shop was very unfriendly as well! When a course makes you pay for golf you didnt play they don’t really care about their customers and fellow golfers! Very unfair and unfriendly!
