Harwich Recreation Department — Attraction in Harwich

My family has been visiting Seymour Pond for almost 20 years, discovering it along the Rail Trail. It used to be a perfect fresh water beach with water safe for young ones and those wanting to get away from the salt water. One of the benefits of the beach area was two port-a-potties for beach and trail users. There have been restrooms here as long as we have been visiting. This year apparently Harwich Recreation is no longer servicing port-a-potties at Seymour Pond. There are two currently padlocked restrooms sitting in the parking lot that were delivered to the wrong area.
