Stopped by their booth at San Antonio Stock Show and Rodeo 2023. Service was non existent had guys walk past us with hat in hand never ask if they could help. The one young man who did help us gave us a price on a beautiful hat with turquoise ribbon, we took it to check out counter and after being quoted a price of $295 by salesman, the guy behind the counter was very unfriendly ask where we got the hat from then proceeded to ring us up with a grand total of $428 for a 5x with a turquoise ribbon attached around the brim and as a headband. The salesman that we had to flag down quoted a price of $295! Needless to say we let them keep their hat! Ridiculous price increase for two ribbons! Not to mention false advertising, and rude sales people! Will not be stopping by their booth or recommending them. Very...
