Dollar General — Local services in Hastings

Laran was extremely rude and unprofessional when a customer had and issue with the self check out and refused to help them when it took there money and said they still owed money the customer nicely asked for help because the self checkout was having payment issues, she proceeded to say that he needed to have some common sense and that he should've known better than to just insert his money into the michaine and then accused him of not paying when everyone and the cameras seen him pay head to leave without his money and products he clearly paid for while she talked trash about him out load to another customer in front of everyone I hope something can be done about this lady because no one deserves to be treated this way when they where not wrong lurane need to be be fired or be talked to about her treatment and attitude...

I was so excited when this store opened! Then i saw how the place was run. It is ALWAYS messy, with boxes and totes in the walkways and bins all over. Things are cluttered and messy. It just looks like the employees or management dont care, theyre too busy having social hour.

Edited to add that their in store pick up is a joke. Decided to give them another shot and wne in to go in and get my order, upon walking in I could see several boxes of the diapers they "didnt have in stock" on my online order. So we tested the theory. 3 orders over 1 weekend, all with several items listed as "out of stock" that were available...

Place needs to be cleaned up and they need to get the stock carts out of the way boxes and stock carts are everywhere ans makes it hard to even get shopping carts through an isle..... Need to take care of stock 3rd shift. Another thing is the wait time at check out, never seems to be someone at the counter, there always in the store taking care of stock, need to hire more people or something, gets pretty...
