Be advised that if you place an "online" order and you receive an email of confirmation along with proof of the pending transaction from your bank account they will tell you they never received your online order! So you will be out money and dinner because they will refuse to make it right by either making the food you ordered or offer a refund. Basically they stole $23 dollars from us! When shown the proof of the order and transaction they will barely glance at it and tell you "They don't know what to tell you other than to place another order". We have been loyal continued customers for 2 years and have spent a lot of money there, also we always recommend them to everyone and this is the treatment we received. After asking for the owners number who I tried to contact with no luck... I contacted the Middleville location to see who I could speak with to make this right the girls were very rude and "supposedly" contacted one of the owners who was going to contact the Hastings location to have them make our food to make it right... Well I doubt they ever called (since they never took my information) then after waiting about 20 minutes I called the Hastings location to see if my food was ready they hung up on me not once but twice and pretend like they could not hear me!!!! Needless to say my family, friends, and myself will not longer give any of their locations business and I will continue to tell everyone to steer clean of them unless they want to be ripped off and stolen from! Most businesses will make it right especially if the customer is showing proof of the order that "supposedly" they never received. I am very disappointed that this was handled so poorly and that not only were we out of dinner but had money stolen for food we NEVER...
   Read moreThe first time we got our pizza an hour and a half after ordering and it was delivered cold. Thatâs never happened before so we didnât make a fuss about it. I just ordered the other day and both orders were wrong. When your spend over 40$ for two pizzas you expect the order to be correct and when you call back you shouldnât have to drive home from work to pick up the pizza your family brought home and bring it back to then pick up a correct order.
Better customer service would have been nice for this instance. If your policy is you have to return the pizza to get a correct order you should amend that in certain circumstances to make the customer happy, especially when it was employee error that caused the problem in the...

Its as if when I put a slice of pizza into my mouth my taste buds start to go crazy. Its like a bomb full of amazing flavor and quality explodes in my mouth as I dig in. I can't think of any other pizza place that has such great quality.
