If this is a helping org. Volenteer based.. not on pay scale.... Made for helping people in need in the community it should be free NOT at a small cost. I believe all donation centers should have a list of assets ,accounts before donating helping people ,there is ppl who lose everything and slum lords take advantage of these items at low cost and resell upcharge.. They should make it free for ppl in need instead of others buying reselling for full value. Flipping houses. Setting rent at top dollar.. They can pay full price leave the donations for the poor. Seem like a more humane thing to do for the community rather then profit off...

Addendum: I got a response from them after I posted this last time, and was told that they had the opportunity to purchase the building, which is why they relocated there. I was in recently and they have opened up another room, so that helps out. Addendum 2: They have rather limited hours, but the place is constantly improving and the staff is continually friendly...
