This local family owned business has exceeded all expectations for our company. We have a busy medical office, and needed a big Audio & Surveillance installation done in 1 day. No other company was able to guarantee the job would be completed in 24 hours, EXCEPT for All Systems Audio & Video. Kim is an expert and very nice! She did our consultation and was able to provide all the information we needed quickly and accurately. Scheduling the installation was quick and simple as well, especially because they were able to accommodate our schedule. We are very happy with the equipment that was picked out for us, and it is clear that the cameras are high-quality. The speaker and volume control installation was also 5 stars, the music is set up perfectly throughout our office now. We were expecting 1 or 2 people for the install, but instead a very impressive team of 6 technicians showed up. The team was very skilled, courteous and respectful. I believe it is important to note that they are very careful when they work, and pay close attention to detail which is VERY important. They put in the time to make sure all the angles for the cameras were perfect, and to make sure that we know how to use the software. Also, last minute, we requested 2 extra ceiling speakers, and they got it done for us without issue. After the install, they thoroughly cleaned the installation areas, and asked us to do a walk through to approve the work before they left. The job was done on budget and on time. Read moreThey were hired by a construction management firm to install a tv system in a gym. Installed way more of a robust system then needed and all the tv's still look like 1980's quality. Have had to swap out cable boxes on 3 of them and when asked to come check out the system because there is definitely an issue they charge us $600 for the visit and say we just should have called Verizon directly. Never once was any charge discussed or fee for them to check the work they got paid a lot of money to install in the first place. The boxes they now say they got going all don't work a day later. (they had us get 12 cable boxes and I still have no idea why), we have a gym with 3 tvs. Internet does not work properly either, they could not fix that either. This is not a Verizon issue its a faulty equipment issue that they installed. They sent the $600 invoice to collections even though they did absolutely nothing and I told the owner right away he fixed nothing. If there was a zero stars that should be the rating. Noticed a review on Angies List that mentioned same stuff. Shame on me for not having the construction management firm...
Read moreI used All systems to set up three different systems in my new home. It was a somewhat complex job utilizing my own equipment and items I purchased from them. They showed up on time, worked around others who were doing other things in the house, I were able to set up perfectly working AV systems in both our bedroom, family room, and loft. The latter was particularly complex because it involved older equipment and tube amps. In my old home, I was unable to drive this main speakers in TV surround sound, And use the mainly for Stereo,, but they were able to get it all to work in a surround set-up in combination with the receiver. They cleaned up so well, you wouldn’t even have known if they were here. Everything was explained, and all the systems were run to make sure they were working perfectly before they left.
