📍Concordance Ferments 18 Horsham rd, Hatboro, PA Prove me wrong… but nobody is touching tavern food at this level in Montgomery County. 🔥 Pulled up to Concordance Ferments in Hatboro inside a 300-year-old mill and they’re absolutely leveling up the game — scratch-made, rotating menu, unreal service, and dishes that’ll have you planning your next visit before you leave. French onion ✅ goat cheese tortellini ✅ shepherd’s pie ✅ “face bacon” 🤯 Save this spot — and don’t forget to tell ’em Chef Nick sent you 👊 @concordanceferments #MontcoEats #HatboroPA #PhillyFoodScene #CraftBeerAndFood #SuburbanFoodie

Great little restaurant! We got the olives and bread for apps. Bread was soft, warm, with a nice homemade butter. Olives were in their own little pickling jar with an almost sweet flavor. Followed by the pumpkin soup which was dark and delicious. Next course was the apple walnut salad with chicken. Apples and chicken were sliced so thin, and the hidden chunks of blue cheese were so creamy. I tried 2 beers, the Harmony Berlinerweiss which was the perfect blend of raspberry and passionfruit, and the one with white tea (forget the name) which was surprisingly refreshing. Finally, the chocolate truffles for desert were soft, sweet, with just the right amount of toasted almonds. We ate upstairs in the full dining room. Our server, Alba was so sweet and attentive to our needs at all times. I understand they just opened up a month ago. We wish them the best and next time we're in this area of PA, we will return!

Growing up in Hatboro, I was eager to visit Concordance Ferments at the former Old Mill Inn, and I’m glad I did! The new owner has beautifully preserved the building’s historic character. The main bar on the ground floor radiates rustic charm and a welcoming vibe, while the second floor offers a more refined dining experience. I found it refreshing to enjoy a conversation in the bar area without blaring TVs or music. The staff was friendly and personable. As I’m not a beer “aficionado,” the bartender was incredibly helpful in selecting a Pilsner style beer that suited my taste, followed by a darker beer reminiscent, to me, of Guinness—loved both! I didn’t try the food on this quick visit, but the upscale menu, far from typical deep fried “pub grub,” looked tempting. I’ll definitely return for dinner! Concordance Ferments is a 5-star experience!

We had a chance to go to Concordance Ferments tonight. What a great decision! Our server Angie was friendly and knew the menu well. The hostess was friendly and very nice. Our appetizer of Hummus, veggies and bread was very good. I had gnocchi and Tim had the meatballs both were delicious. The chocolate truffles were delicious. The beers, Overshadow Multigrain Porter and Continental Italian Pilsner were very good. After dinner we had drinks at the bar the Golden Hour was very good. The staff was amazing. We really enjoyed chatting with other patrons. Summer, the bartender, was very personable and wonderful to talk with about the cocktails, beers and just life. We had the chance to chat with on of the owners about the menu and brewing process. We really an enjoyed our visit and look forward to returning! Wishing...
