I promise im not trying to be a Karen here. Owner seems like a very nice fellow, but was less than helpful when it comes to watches and watch maintenance. I drove 30 minutes from home after I was told to bring the watch in upon calling this place beforehand, to see if a battery capacitor could be changed on an old Seiko Kinetic. I was specific in what I needed done and the woman who answered said to bring the watch. HUGE MISTAKE. Upon entering the store there was only one watch on display in the whole place, which was a red flag. My time was wasted, and i was told flat out they couldn't even get the back bezel off This watch, which is the very reason I needed their services as I could change the parts myself if I could get the back bezel off. Do not bring your watches here for any kind of serious repairs or specialty labor. Im giving 3 stars and not 1 star because the owner was very kind, and he thought I simply needed a watch battery changed and not the kinetic capacitor that charges this watch battery. It's more like his wife's fault, she did not tell him anything about my item and what i needed. Honest mistake I GUESS, either though I drove an hour, paid tolls, and did not get any service. They didn't seem to much care about wasting my time. I only came to this place because this watch had been purchased at that exact location under a different owner called Gebhart Jewelers, who was a hard-core watch expert. This new owner says he's been there 25 years and my guess is he's strictly into everything but watches as there aren't even any in his store. Do not come Here for anything...
