The United States really has me spoiled. I was visiting family in Puerto Rico and we decided to see Men in Black at this theater. Our showing was at 1:15 (the first showing of the day) and when we got to the theater, they had everyone lined up outside. They didn’t open the doors until 1:12 and only had one person taking orders at the concession stand. The line was so long by the time I got to my seat, the trailers had already started and the movie was just about to begin. They should’ve opened the doors at 1:00 to give everyone time to get through the line and find a seat. Nice,clean, friendly and prices are great compared to the states . Happy movies theaters haven't gone instinct yet lol. Nothing bad to say about this place .

But as a customer you want to sit enjoy a good movie and munch on your pop corn without some random drunk lady from a party of 4 women putting her bare feet between her front seat where your sitting placing her whole foot /toes on your ear !!!! It's hard to see improvement and compare when you hold the monopoly of the market, therefore, the place is ok, I actually think they are improving the chairs at least, which they are not for big /tall people.
