Horrible customer service in Hattiesburg! I called the service manager last week about warranting a part for my mower. He says they can warranty it and he will order the part to be in by the end of the week. I go by today and not only was the part not ordered, he says “he didn’t remember the conversation, I must have talked to someone else”, even though I called and asked for him BY NAME, we had TWO separate conversations including one where HE CALLED ME back, I gave him the serial number of my mower, AND even looked the part number for him!!...
