Yesterday, my family and I walked over to place our order after receiving our lane, as we typically would with high expectations. However, the service we received was disappointing. Upon approaching the food register, the staff member (female) walked away upon seeing us and proceeded to smoke a vape, displaying a negative attitude. I asked if she was ok, and she turned her back towards me, and that was that. This behavior was unexpected and not in line with the respectful and accommodating service we usually receive at this establishment. This place is absolutely absurd. Employees were rude as hell, they threw away a paid drink that was completely full without even asking who it was for. The velcro strap on the shoes would not stick so they were constantly slipping off. Also lane #12 stayed broken throughout most of the time there, pins would not come down for at least three minutes. You cannot pay for a game. Must pay per hour. When you have a family of 7 which includes kids you cannot finish a game in an hour. Between bathroom breaks and ball get stuck.
