The store is clean, there's good variety (it seems to be growing every day), and the staff are friendly and helpful. If there's something you want, just ask, and they're happy to look into getting it ordered for you. I recently made a purchase, and the staff answered all my questions and helped me "cross the finish line" so to speak (general hesitation and the headache of paperwork), but they never got pushy to make the sale. If I could remember all their names, I'd shout them all out.

But what really impressed me was after my purchase, I was excited to try out the item, so I went straight to the range (on-prem). There was a pretty painful break-in period on the item I purchased (NOT TLD's fault, was obviously a manufacturer issue), but several employees went above and beyond to help me diagnose/inspect, and Joeseph even let me use his own lubricant/oil. Amazing range!! The guys behind the counter were very helpful and quickly got us in to shoot at the range. Great help to determine what we wanted to accomplish with our time. The officer inside the range was very helpful and knowledgable about the guns we were shooting. He made sure we were being safe and helped to understand the new gun we were shooting. I am SO excited that Hattiesburg has TLD!! It has been much needed. The Lead Dispensary will forever be my 'Go To' for so many reasons! The entire staff is beyond caring and knowledgeable.
