This place always knocks it out of the park!! I'm very indecisive when choosing a flavor when I visit because they are all so tasty - yet they are always patient and happy to let me try their new flavors and/or ones I haven't had yet. I've never had a single issue with any aspect of the product OR service(s) and I've been going for years! Best snowcones around - HANDS DOWN!! The ice cream/ shaved ice here is good, it's not the best, but still good. I live on campus at USM and it is not worth the drive, but if I'm passing by it I don't mind stopping here. I always enjoy the Sno Cones here. They are very favorful with lots of the sweet syrup mixed with the ice. I also appreciate that the staff offers samples of different flavors for new comers.
