Dollar General — Local services in Havana

Horrible lines! Rude staff, store manager likes to talk about customers and employees, yells at employees in from of customers. Store appears that it needs a good cleaning. Horrible long waiting lines. Usually only the store manager on a register, store has three registers, utilize them. I would rather drive the miles and go to Lewistown or Manito. However, some staff- Kristine, Brandy, Lori, Tiffany and Brenda are great. When store manager is on duty she is usually on register with horrible waits in line, or outside smoking. This DG has a very nice hometown feel. The employees are always friendly and helpful compared to other convenience stores and the store itself is set up in a way that make most item quick to find. Sometimes the milk is a little close dated and the stock is low on a few other items but that is probably more of a delivery issue rather than a manager issue. But it is a great store all in all. Prices are just as low as the rest of Havana (which means their high) but the overall ease of access makes it by far the quickest place to shop without...

If I could give a negative rating I would..where do I begin? The manager is the absolute rudest person I have ever encountered in my entire life. Her and the older assistant manager. RUDE RUDE RUDE.
