Very strange attitude of the staff towards people. My son wanted to spend time here with friends on his birthday. He called two weeks before the event and he was told that the lanes are always free and that he can’t book in advance. On this day (Saturday, November 23), I called in the morning to make sure that the bowling lane would be free at 3 pm for six boys. The man answered me on the phone that we can come and it always will be a lane. Calm, we arrived at 2-40 pm. And what happened? All lanes were busy until 6 o'clock! I asked the manager how it happened that I called in the morning and they told me to come freely. The manager told me that he did not speak with me, and that he warned everyone that after 3 pm everything would be busy preparing for the competition. Are you seriously? What kind of attitude towards people? We called twice to find out! What do you think I should have done with six boys? I will never return here, no matter how well they wrote...
Read moreThis was the most disappointing experience I have ever had. We attempted to call ahead for 3 lanes for a birthday, upon call we were told the lanes were first come first serve. My group came to the alley around 9 PM. THE WORST customer service I have ever experienced. The workers at the front desk threw their arms up in the air and walked away when we attempted to reserve a lane. There was zero customer service I have never felt so unwelcomed in a place I attempted to give my business. Our plans were to sit in the bar and order food and drinks until the lanes opened up. However when we went into the empty bar, the other bowlers stormed into the concession. We were told that we were not welcome to sit as those seats we’re not welcome for anyone other than “regulars.” This was a direct quote from another customer in the alley. Lesson learned I will never return to this bowling alley. If negative ratings were possible they would receive a -10 birthday girl...
Read moreI could not believe what just happened. We went to this place on the day after Thanksgiving day and the elderly man behind the counter didn’t want us there for some reason. I saw some lanes available and asked him if we could get 2 lanes for our group of 10, he quickly responded “No lanes available”. He sounded rude, didn’t bother to greet his customers nor even apologize for the inconvenience. So we stepped aside and then another group of 10 behind us asked the same thing, the elderly man then checked to see if I was looking or listening which I was, then he replied no not right now. But then that group continues to asked about the empty lanes for about 5 minutes (at this point I knew what’s going to happen next). Yep, they got their lanes and walked right pass us. I don’t like to assume but we’re Asians and the other group were Caucasians and we were being discriminated. We left...
