I purchased thousands of dollars of tools and my M18 press tool was not working correctly. Twice, it was taken in for repair but the problem was not taken care of. The owner is non existent and the employees are lost and not professional. Don’t make the same mistake and purchase anything from these people, they DO NOT BACK THEIR PRODUCTS AT ALL. Complaint also filed with Milwaukee THE M18 WAS PURCHASED FROM THEM, I AM LOSING TIME AND MONEY BECAUSE THIS TOOL IS NOT FUNCTIONING CORRECTLY.
