Let me start by saying that I had no idea where to begin with having new countertops installed. I googled 3 local companies on a Sunday night and Rene from New Era Stone Designs responded within the hour. We scheduled an appointment for measurements that week. I am still waiting on the other 2 companies to even respond.

Rene was on time and extremely professional. He took the time to discuss the pros and cons with granite and quartz. Rene is very knowledgeable and not a salesman. He is also the owner and does the fabrication and install himself. I dealt with him 100% of the time. Any time I had a question he would respond almost immediately.

He then set me up with the granite supplier to view samples on the following weekend. Once we chose the slabs, he did the template and the install was scheduled the following week.

The countertops were installed today in just a couple of hours. They look amazing and we are so pleased with how they came out. The work space was always kept clean and he removed and took that old countertops and sink for disposal.

I had previously reached out to Rene during the pandemic but decided I would wait until things improved. When I contacted him about two years later, he responded quickly and immediately went to work taking measurements and discussing details. We chose the stone at his supplier and within two weeks he was installing it at our house. The removal of the old counters and installation of the new counters took only a few hours including the installation of a new sink and reconnection of the plumbing. I had very limited time to get a countertop in my father in-law's apartment. Every place I called couldn't do the job for weeks or months. I found New Era Stone Designs on the internet and I couldn't have been more pleased! Rene returned my call immediately and said he could do the job for me, start to finish, in 2 weeks and he could start right away! I was so happy and couldn't have been more happy with the whole experience! Renee was very professional, very kind, honest, and the price for my granite countertop was very reasonable!
