We stopped by the shop because we were around the area when we stopped in. Emily was very kind asking us if we needed any help and we were just looking around but when we did go to her and have questions, she was amazing in detail she wasn’t pushy like most people, she let us do our own thing in the store looking around and when we needed her help she was right there there were a couple things I was iffy about buying like a gag gift, and she found the perfect one for me and I wouldn’t have been able to do it without her guidance. Also, there was some thing I wanted to buy myself for a very long time but just didn’t have the heart to buy it and she gave me the little nudge that I needed to buy it for myself. We love going to Jacki’s in Havre de Grace!! They always have a great selection for whatever you are shopping for. Emily was amazing. So sweet, very interactive, and extremely knowledgeable about the products. Her multitasking skills were exceptional as there were multiple customers in the store at one time all with a variety of needs. She took the time to introduce us to some great deals and opened every package we purchased to make sure the product was in great working condition. One of the things we love most about Jacki’s is that no one makes you feel weird or awkward for going in to the store and, additionally, we have never been made to feel like we are too old or too vanilla to be in there!!
