Went to this shop yesterday never have selling or pawning anything before. I had a few things some new I just don’t use. First it’s a very nice place and a lot of nice looking stuff around for anyone to chose from. Second by the time I made it to the counter I had a smile and a how may I help you from the last working. not that they weren’t busy because they were but took care of all the customers. I couldn’t have been happier with the service and will return for purchases or selling or pawning in the future. I highly recomend this shop to anyone if you want honest genuine straitforward good people to work with. I don’t think you can say that about most pawn shops this place is different and way ahead of the other’s standards....

My husband, Jeff Sartin purchased a new in box Mossberg 715P handgun yesterday from Super Save. He comes home and tries it out. The gun is jamming and not feeding the high quality amo. He went back to try and return and explain the problem. They would not do Anything for him at all to resolve the issue. So needless to say he is out of $400 and his last gun permit he used. We will not be purchasing anything from this Pawn Shop again. They don't stand behind anything they sale. Other Pawn shops we have dealt with in the area have return policies and have helped make things right when there was an issue...
