Holei Sea Arch showed up as a popular tourist place on the Big Island. The way to the arch is inside the National Park. We went on a day when the weather was pleasant (because it had rained earlier) and the drive till the end point was superb. We stopped at several vista points on the way and the lava rocks on one side and the big ocean on the other side made it a rare sight. One needs to park at the end point and walk a short distance to go to the point from where the arch could be seen clearly.
