Laupahoehoe Park is a nice spot for picnic and picture taking, but when it comes to water activities, the options are limited. The ocean is too furious and dangerous here for swimming.

A bit hidden and unannounced, but once you make it down the windy narrow road, you see a small group of people making a half day trip in this place. Waves are strong and powerful and make a great photo spot. I'd definitely include it in a list of places to visit while on the island.

Very beautiful park. It Really stuck me how violently the waves crashed on these cliffs, compared to other beaches. 100% worth the visit 🌊 Lots of picnic areas 🧺 Bathrooms, easy parking, a beautiful enormous banyan tree.
