Chuck's Shop and Save — Local services in Hayes Township

Gotta say I think Chucks is a great store. Was going to say Great Little Store, but there's nothing little about this place except the prices. I just took a friend there who had never been, and she couldn't believe her eyes when she first walked in. I had to laugh at the reaction she gave, totally surprised. This place has row upon row of items. Some you can pick up at any store, but then you find things you basically need to search the web for. And the greatest thing is what you have to pay. Which is very little. 1 great example of this is phone covers. They have the largest variety of products I have ever found at a store, and a normal $20 item will only be $5. And unlike the big box stores, you will find more than 1 or 2 that only fit the most expensive and popular phones on the market. Here, you will find boxes of different varieties and styles to choose from. Another great thing is that the inventory changes all the time. 1 week, they will have swimming gear of every type the next may be gardening or may it's sporting gear. Bought a vape from Chuck's shop and save and immediately proved it did not work and the lady said not their problem ! they refused to give me my money back or a different vape even corporate said the same thing I said well why don't you make a sign that says no guarantee on if it will work buy at your own risk and .... Yourself if it don't... She said federal law says they cannot give me my money back or return it.. I have been the mini vape shops that if their product doesn't work they give you a new one immediately. Love the attitude from the manager at the Harrison location especially when I called to resolve the issue. Glad I only bought one and tried it before purchasing a second one there went almost 20 bucks i didnt...

Been here several times up north, never get the food because always expired. But I shop little things there and supplies. This time I went in 10 minutes to closing, and yup they had lights off and basically pushed us out of the door I let them know I would be quick, had to pick up a couple composite books. First time ever had rude service here, not sure a mid age lady and man were there at the time. I hope they were not the owners, as I would not go there again. If they were employees I hope the owner sees this and let them know this is not appropriate behavior. Was not like I was keeping them over closing time checked...
