This is our go-to place for fudge. Read some of the older reviews by customers who have been coming here for years. We have been vacationing in the area for decades. However, we only recently "discovered" this shop. Better late than never, right? The fudge is absolutely delicious and the proprietor is a delight to talk to. I have had fudge all across the USA, but the fudge from Pappys is the very best I have ever had. We stopped in during a vacation from our home in Florida and after we bought a vacation home in Blairsville, we visit the shop every time we go up to the house. Cute selection of mountain knickknacks, a few native American based items, and absolutely to-die-for fudge. Been operating since the 80's and still going strong even in spite of the pandemic. Rhonda has been there since the 90's and is sweet and helpful. I used to shop here over a decade ago when I would visit for Decker's Flea Market and I'm so glad that the quality of both the service and the fudge have not declined at all.
