I go to this Ace all the time. However today when I was at the store purchasing over $100 so I could get my $20 off coupon. The coupon did not apply for some reason. The cashier, Alfreda, was so nice and called corporate to figure out why. Needless to say after 2 hours of waiting and no help from corporation. I had decided to just leave the store without my items. The cashier called the store manager to see what he could do. I got my $20 off with the manager and cashier's help.
