We had a few issues with our internet connections in our offices (which are behind our home)...Spencer came out 3 times and helped each time to get it fixed. On the third time, he found the problem that kept slowing it down. He immediately looked at the options as to how to fix it...he explained it to us along with any additional costs, timeline, etc. Once we decided which option we wanted, Spencer put in a work order; he followed up with us on when it would be done. He, then, came out when all the work was being done as well as ensuring the internet was working. He was so conscientious and thorough; he even gave me his contact so I could reach out if needed. I appreciate Spencer as well as Hayneville Cable in getting our issue...

The only reason it gets 1 star is because they do have good service when the internet goes out. However, at 65 dollars for "up to" 3mbps download and .25 upload speed is an outrageous price for such slow broadband speed. They want over 100 a month for "up to"10mbps download. They should be ashamed to price gouge as they do just because there is no other viable choice in the rural areas they serve. Like the other reviewer said, the FTC or the FCC should look into this company. National average for broadband now is 95 mbps. This company is the same a Camellia...
