Purchased a funeral arrangement for my wife's mother. It was on a stand and was about 2' x 3'. The arrangement was very sparse and all of the flowers were wilted. White lilies had torn pedals and brown spots. We were very disappointed. Contacted the business and sent pictures and all they did was make excuses and say the flowers were fine when they left the shop. We first saw them in the funeral home. The picture is graveside, but the flowers were in the exact same condition as they were delivered. My suggestion is find another florest if you need flowers in the area. It was embarrassing that this is what we had on display to remember a family member. No resolution or partial refund...

Love this florist. She done excellent on the family spray for my mothers funeral, the flowers where fresh and beautiful and i told her the colors i wanted to match the coffin and she went out of her way to call the funeral home and she matched the colors perfectly. I would recommend her...
