Subway — Restaurant in Haysi

Asked for a wrap, and even clarified I wanted a wrap, but the girl proceeded to put it on flat bread. She then hid her mistake behind the meat slicer, reaching over for the veggies so I could not see the flat bread instead of the wrap. I picked up on it, because it’s weird to make my sandwich where u cannot see it. So I looked behind the meat grinder, and there was my order, wrong, but I’m not a person to complain really, so I just let it happen since she already had the stuff on it. There was also no lettuce on it when I asked for a lot. She even wrapped it behind the meat grinder. I don’t mind mistakes at all, but when you try to hide it, when I’m PAYING for it, that’s where I have a problem.

Also, looked at the meatballs, they’re from WEDNESDAY morning. And it’s late Saturday night. Probably not going to this subway again unless certain people...

I woke up one morning and was feeling very down and depressed and hungry so I finally convinced myself to get out of bed and take a shower and head to Subway. I ordered a footlong Pizza sub on Italian herb and cheese bread with shredded cheddar cheese and ranch and got It toasted. When It was finished, I took one bite of that sub and all of my problems In life suddenly went away, my depression disappeared and all of a sudden I felt genuinely happy again. Thanks to Subway, I now have an amazing girlfriend who Is the love of my life and I am overall a better person. This is the most unorganized store and has very unprofessional workers. The food is inedible and the manager was replacing the order but when i called back to reorder the food they placed me on hold for over 15 minutes and then i get passed over to yet another person. They took my info and adviced they would have to verify and would call me right back. Never got a return call. Adviced subway corporate office.
