Beware of false advertising and blatant lies about appliances for sale from this place! I paid $10k for what I was told was a brand new Wolf Range a model "either released this year or last year." After receiving the product I called Wolf to register it and when I read Wolf the serial # I was told it was a 10-year old product. Shawn and his sales associates told me repeatedly (including when they were on speaker phone with my family members present) that the item was a new product, not 10 years old. I contacted other appliance dealers to ask the value of the product given it's 10 years old, and after sharing the serial # and model # I was told that it was a discontinued item, so at most it was worth $1,000-$2,000. I attempted to reach a compromise with Shawn, and offered to pay $3,000 ($1,000 over FMV), but Shawn refused and holds all of my money and refuses to refund any of it despite my many requests for informal resolution. Shawn's only resolution, knowing it's Thanksgiving week (I cook for 12) and I cannot get any other 36" range installed before the holiday is, "I'll send someone to come pick it up now and give you a full refund." He knows this isn't reasonable give the product is now used, he doesn't sell used items, and it's a holiday week. Shawn is taking advantage of me and blatantly lied in his written advertising (Craigslist) and verbally to me repeatedly.

   Read moreDuring the fall of 2020, we needed appliances for our kitchen remodel at our home in Marin. We found Appliance Leaders by doing an online search for the appliances we wanted (Dacor and Miele) as we prefer to support local businesses.
Shawn and his team were very open, warm, and gracious; a welcomed experience especially during covid. Shawn was very honest and informative when responding to questions we had. He was fully engaged, and clearly understood our aesthetics and needs which made him effective when showing us different options. We felt at ease, took our time looking around (we brought our dog too!), and didn't feel pressured to purchase anything. Ultimately, we selected 4 Miele appliances, a Dacor hood and range, a Dacor freezer column, and a Dacor refrigerator column. We left feeling good about our purchase, and to date have had no issues whatsoever.
Three years later, we are now remodeling our kitchen at our apartment in the City and immediately thought of Shawn! When we saw each other again (this time we brought our now 2 dogs!), it was like no time had passed! This time we purchased a Thermador refrigerator, Miele coffee machine, and Miele dishwasher.
Appliances are an expensive commitment, and I cannot think of a more better person for guidance and expertise than Shawn.    Read moreLET THE BUYER BEWARE! Lots of problems getting my appliances delivered. Because Shawn goes out of the country often, the ball is dropped. Calls aren't returned, orders or deliveries aren't completed. My 48" Sub Zero was BOUGHT AND PAID FOR. He SOLD it to another customer before it was delivered to me! Shawn kept stalling delivering another one. They aren't available was the reply. He wouldn't refund my money! Three years later I can only get a 42"! However it was NOT DELIVERED for several months! He also will NOT give me an accounting of how much he OWES ME for the difference as I paid for a 48", not a 42"! His crew also does NOT know how to properly deliver a SubZero. They almost dropped it a few times. Had they dropped it, it would have been unbalanced, dangerous and UNUSABLE. It weighs 645LBS! I hired a local Sub Zero business to install my refrigerator. They were shocked at how it was left in my kitchen. Nothing to keep it from tipping over! I might have gotten killed! It's now properly installed and working, HOWEVER I don't have the panels nor the kick plate! They weren't delivered with my refrigerator! I've been calling Shawn since May 2024! No calls nor texts returned! By hook or by crook, he will have to resolve my issues!
