Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Hayward

Somehow when we went through the drive-thru. They said they didn't take credit cards or debit. That you would have to come inside unless you had cash you can go through the drive-thru. We went inside we were in there for like 30 minutes. They placed our food there on the counter and other people's food and did not call it. The staff was rude and we will not be returning there. I like to go somewhere where everything is respected and I don't have to wait for my food. You place my food up on the counter. But you don't call me to come and pick up my food. My husband has to go up there to the counter and say hey where's our food we only ordered some nuggets and a drink. It doesn't take that long for there. We looked in our order was sitting there by the warmer where they called your food. I was a little bit disappointed. Will not be returning...

While I was there on Friday, a guy came in and was filing a bag with ice he dripped water all over the floor. I told the person behind the counter because I thought to myself someone was going to slip and fall.

The women gave a deep sigh and did nothing. I got my food which was to go. When I got to work, I looked in the bag and was missing some of my order.

I called numerous times to report the error, but no one would answer the phone.

I thought this shows poor service where no one has time to answer the calls.

Also I noticed they had a new cook. When I ate the Tacos I ordered they were completely full of grease. They tasted pretty nasty, as though they were...

I love Jack in the box to begin with. And i love the fact that they have a variety of food, not just burgers. I usually order the eggrolls, they are delicious. And chocolate overload cake is great as well. My experience with this Jack in the box, however is that occasionally my order is not correct. I have had some issues in late night with my food taking quite a long time to be made, and the employees having a lack of knowledge of the item menu. Overall, the food still tasted great, and the prices are still amazing, just lacking in the area of customer service at this...
